What is feminine and masculine energy?

The world is full of polarities and these energies are no different.

Everybody has feminine (yin) and masculine energy (yang).

We all need both in order to live a healthy and abundant life, so we can flow in and out of both of these energies whenever we need to depending on the situation.

Note: The feminine and masculine is not about gender its about energy.

Do I have a feminine or masculine core?

On average, 90% of women in the world have a feminine core and 10% of women have a masculine core.

And for men its the opposite, 90% of men have a masculine core and 10% have a feminine core.

Why you need to heal your relationship with the masculine before you can fully drop into the feminine

We need to heal our relationship with the masculine in order to reconnect with our feminine. If the feminine is receptive to the masculine she can surrender, feel safe, feel vulnerable, able to express herself and feel her emotions more deeply. This is deep down what all women want and crave, love and connection from the people around her, especially her partner.

Personally, I need the masculine energy to drop into my feminine. I need to set out a structure the night before I start my day, so I have focus whilst also planning empty space in my day to do my feminine practices AND I also need my partner in the masculine for me when I need him to be - so I can relax and surrender. Sometimes all I need from him is a hug and my body completely relaxes.

The masculine and feminine energies are within all of us, it's just about knowing how to harness these energies to their full potential so you can live a life of ease, flow and happiness.
